3. User Accounts and Registration

  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Be legally able to enter into binding contracts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your financial accounts, monitoring your account statements, and promptly reporting any unauthorized transactions.

We cannot and will not:

  • Move money from your accounts
  • Make transactions on your behalf
  • Store your banking login credentials
  • Access accounts you haven't explicitly connected

6. Payment Terms

Subscription Plans

We offer both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide additional features and functionality as described on our pricing page.

Billing and Payment

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
  • Payments are due immediately upon billing
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

Price Changes and Cancellation

We may change our subscription prices with 30 days' notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Failed Payments

If payment fails, we may suspend your access to paid features until payment is resolved. Accounts with failed payments will be deactivated.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY TO YOU IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Dispute Resolution

Most disputes can be resolved through our customer support. For disputes that cannot be resolved informally, you agree to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Australia's Small Claims Tribunal.

Jurisdiction

Any legal action not subject to arbitration will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Brisbane, Queensland.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
